This page is for half-breeds of two non-human races.
Grolls are the result of a twisted necromancer's experiment to combine a Goblin with a Troll, for the sake of producing a decent tunnel fighter. The result is a short goblinoid with Infravision and a Troll's regenerative abilities.
Despite the necromancer's best efforts to breed the trait out, they bear the Cowardice Disadvantage, albeit at a reduced level. After the experiment's completion and a field test, he decided the cowardice was useful; his creations rarely fall in battle, because they run away before they're seriously hurt.
However, they're able to heal quickly and return for revenge while their opponents are still badly wounded. Over the course of a week or two, they can wear down almost anyone with these hit-and-run tactics.
Grolls are normally used as hit-and-run shock troops and light infantry.
Grolls are just as likely to speak Goblin as they are to speak Troll and many are bilingual.
Ogrolls are also the result of a twisted necromancer's experiment, but this time combining an Ogre with a Troll. The result is one of the ugliest creatures to ever live, with the durability of an Ogre combined with the regenerative abilities of a Troll. They're truly nasty opponents to face in combat.
They're normally used as heavy infantry.
Ogrolls are just as likely to speak Ogre as they are to speak Troll and many are bilingual.
Trorcs are yet another experimental combination of Troll and another race; this time it was Orc. Trorcs are a surprising mix, with the full regeneration rate of a male Troll! In addition, they've got an Orc's resistance to metabolic hazards and Night Vision.
However, they've also got a bad mix of the worst personality traits of both races; they're quick to anger and love to bully anyone they can.
Trorcs are normally used as medium infantry.
They look like uglier-than-normal Orcs, but should never be underestimated.
Trorcs are just as likely to speak Goblin as they are to speak Troll and many are bilingual.
