Charges a projectile with another spell that activates when the projectile strikes a solid or liquid surface after having been intentionally fired. The second spell must be provided by the caster at any time before it's fired or the projectile will have no other effect. This is done by going through the full process of casting the spell; it has no immediate effect and is stored in the projectile.

Each spell is cast in a pre-set manner, with all of it's conditions specified. Conduit has no intelligence with which to set parameters.

The carried spell gets the benefit of being a Follow-Up to the projectile, if this would be appropriate to it's effects.

This spell is jealously guarded by the Elves. They will not share it with anyone else, but any Elf may learn it at no cost.
