Mimir are small, floating golems that can speak on a variety of topics related to the Outer Planes when pointed at and asked a question. They do not function properly anywhere but on the Outer Planes. They perform this function by mimicking the recorded voices of those interviewed in their presence.

The typical Mimir is a skull made from a silvery metal and can be found for sale in Sigil, the City of Doors. Prices vary widely, based on the recordings available in the Mimir.
