Creates a two-foot diameter hole in the fabric of the universe that can be controlled by thought. Anything that enters the sphere is disintegrated.

Spheres of Annihilation aren't normally for sale, because they're considered hazardous materials and are too dangerous to move around. If an enchanter can be convinced to make one, it will be for at least $800,000.

            Failure results in the sphere moving toward the user 
                Margin of failure yards per second, up to 7 
            Will continue to move toward them each turn 
                For as long as they're within 10 yards 
                Or until someone successfully controls it 
        Anyone Can Control [-40%] 
            Cumulative -1 penalty to control for each user after the first 
                attempting simultaneous control 
        Terminal Condition (Common Knowledge, Difficult to Arrange, Doesn't Always Work) [-5%] 
            Using the Gate spell to open a portal in the space occupied by the sphere

                10 or Less: Sphere is destroyed, gate spell does nothing else 
                11-13: Gate spell fails 
                14+: Spatial tear that draws everything within 60 yards into the target plane
