Control (Spell Modifiers) can control a specific spell up to 10 times level squared points, adding or removing 10% worth of modifiers per level.
The GM should require characters that gain permanent Advantages through this spell to pay points for them.
Permanently giving objects or places Advantages via this spell should follow the rules for Magic Item Construction, else the Permanency will not hold. Treat this case as though Extended Duration (x3000) had been added instead. In other words, Permanency may require additional spell components. In general, this is less effective than designing a new enchantment spell to do the job, but is useful for on-the-spot enchantment.
