This is an example of Mime magic.

Casting this spell involves miming raising a heavy object using a rope. After a second of rope pulling, the caster mimes cutting the rope with a pair of scissors composed of their fingers.

This causes a large weight (appearance chosen at time of casting) to appear above the target's head and then fall on them. Favorite objects are anvils, pianos, safes, etc. The object vanishes just after the attack is complete.
