Turns the target into a man-sized, perennial plant with a single flower at the top. Their face becomes the center of the flower, with petals surrounding it. The petals close up when they're asleep. The target can turn their head, speak and close their petals any time they want, but that's about it.
During the colder months, the above-ground portion of the plant withers away and the plant goes into hibernation. When things warm up again, the plant will sprout a new flower and the target wakes up as soon as they're in bloom again.
This spell is often used by Druids to punish those that harm nature. The victim then becomes a type of warning to others, since they're still able to tell their tale of woe. The Druid will usually turn them back once they think they've learned their lesson.
