When casting this spell, the caster chooses a target (by incorporating a piece of them into the doll) and anything done to the doll also happens to the target, if they fail their resistance roll and it's within the limits of the spell.

Golems prepared to work with with the Simulacrum spell can be used with this one, as well. This can lead to interesting hostage situations.
