This spell summons a deceased individual from the past into the present, from the second right before they died. They simply vanish from the past and re-appear in the present.

This works by bringing the subject foreword from one second before they died. This means that they could just die on the spot, if they were bleeding to death. It's common practice to have a healer on hand to take care of such things.

Unfortunately, this process carries the danger of changing history, since the person summoned vanishes instead of dying. Critical failures are especially prone to making a mess of things. Wise spell-casters will not use this spell unless they have no other choice.

The main reason this spell is so rare is that it's very dangerous and therefore closely guarded.
